All applicants must satisfy one of the conditions for foreign language (English) competence stated below.

- Application fee: 80,000 won (those who failed to pass Stage 1 will receive a refund of 25,000 won, the application fee for Stage 2).
A color photo (3X4 cm) of the applicant taken within the last 6 months that includes his or her upper body and in which he or she is not wearing a hat should be attached in the form of an image file (e.g., JPG or PNG). The photo must not be revised, modified, or distorted.

Notices for applicants
For application submission
- Applicants must complete the online application submission by clicking the link announced on Jinhakapply (http://www.jinhakapply.com/) or the website for admission to the graduate school of KENTECH.
- Applicants cannot change their existing application information or perform additional application submissions after the closing date for online application submission.
- Applicants are responsible for disadvantages due to problems that they caused in the process of online application submission, such as errors, missing information, or incorrect information.
- Applicants must agree with the policy on the use of personal information to complete submission of the application. The personal information collected is used only for purposes related to application, and personal information on the final candidates selected will be used as data for generating student records.
For application types
- Candidates who did not participate in the interview evaluation will be disqualified.
- Details on evaluations and evaluation scores will not be released to the public.
For the submission of documents
- Applicants cannot submit additional documents after the closing date for document submission.
- Applicants can view the forms for the letter of self-introduction and the study plan on the website for admission to the graduate school of KENTECH.
- Among the final selected candidates, those who are expected to graduate from their university or graduate school must submit a certificate of graduation to KENTECH’s Admissions Center within a month after admission. If they do not submit such documents, they will be regarded as having failed to obtain a degree from a previous educational institute. Accordingly, their admission can be cancelled.
- Among the final selected candidates, those who graduated or are expected to graduate from a university or graduate school located in another country must submit their diplomas, the apostilles for their diplomas, and their academic transcripts (documents notarized by embassies or international academic institutes in non-apostille countries). If they do not submit such documents, their acceptance or admission status can be cancelled.
- If it is confirmed that an applicant passed the selection process or enrolled in KENTECH after including incorrect information in the submitted documents, falsifying these documents, or applying other illegal methods, his or her acceptance or admission status can be cancelled.
- Applicants must scan the original documents of English certificates of (expected) graduation and academic transcripts for all grades from universities or graduate schools, including the official seals from these educational institutes, and submit the scanned files. Printed documents for checking certificates or screen captures cannot be accepted.
- The letter of recommendation is an optional document, and applicants will not face any disadvantage if they do not submit this document.
For acceptance and registration
- Applicants must check their acceptance status during the period of announcement of the final selected candidates. They are responsible for any disadvantages that they face because they did not check their acceptance status.
- Applicants must check their acceptance status by themselves, and this information cannot be confirmed by phone.
- If final selected candidates who are expected to graduate from their university or graduate school cannot graduate before the expected admission date, their acceptance status will be cancelled.
- The final selected candidates must pay the required amount of money within a period set according to the admission guidelines to complete admission and registration. If they fail to pay the required amount, their admission status can be cancelled.
- KENTECH prohibits dual registration at educational institutions. If a final selected candidate is currently enrolled at another graduate school for learning, completion of courses, or a leave of absence from the graduate school or is accepted at another graduate school through multiple applications, he or she cannot register for both KENTECH and the other graduate school. If the final selected candidate is not willing to register for KENTECH, he or she must promptly inform KENTECH’s Admissions Center about his or her willingness to give up their KENTECH registration.
- Other details that are not specified in this application handbook will be determined by the decisions of the Application Management Committee for KENTECH’s Graduate School Admission.
